Assembly Technician
Location: Burbank, CA
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll assemble parts and components for precision aerospace products while following quality standards and customer requirements.

Assemble complex parts and components according to work instructions

Use precision measuring tools: micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, indicators, etc.

Install hardware like Heli-Coils, rivets, bushings, pins, and Lee plugs

Apply sealants and potting materials as required

Perform laser engraving, ink stamping, or part marking per specs

Install and test magnets for functionality and quality

Check parts visually for defects, FOD, and finish quality

Verify expiration dates for tools, sealants, and materials

1-3 years of assembly or related experience preferred

Technical training is a plus

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Ability to read and follow written work instructions and procedures

Able to sit, stand, walk, and use hands frequently

Lift up to 10 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 25 lbs

Visual ability for close-up work and inspections
