We are seeking a bilingual (preferred: not required) Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Schedule: Part-time to start at 32 hours weekly, can turn into full-time. Set scheduled can be discussed with the right candidate.

As our HR Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for our plant employees and management team. You will manage daily HR operations, lead hiring efforts for production roles, and keep our facility compliant and running smoothly. This role reports directly to the Corporate Human Resources Manager and the Plant Operations Manager.
What You Will Do: But Not Limited Too
- Recruit & Onboard: Run high-volume hiring for machine operators, assemblers, and warehouse staff. Lead engaging orientation sessions.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the trusted, first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Floor Presence: Spend time on the production floor daily to build relationships, understand operational needs, and support team members.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain accurate personnel files. Track safety training records. Assist with workers' compensation documentation.
- Time & Attendance: Partner with shift supervisors to track attendance, manage leaves of absence, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
