Job Description:
Present food and beverage items with attention to detail and visual appeal, using garnishes and plating techniques that enhance the customer experience. Ensure all food and supplies meet quality, freshness, and safety standards by monitoring temperatures, storage, and presentation, and taking corrective action when needed. Verify every detail of catered orders—including condiments, linens, utensils, and labels—before delivery, and conduct regular inspections to maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Build positive relationships with clients by guiding them through menu planning and event service details to ensure a personalized and seamless experience. Create engaging retail promotions and special events that drive revenue growth, while ensuring timely and accurate billing and payment collection. Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be team and service oriented; display a supportive, professional and positive attitude towards a diverse group of customers. [Required]

Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English and understand food service terms. [Required]
