THE POSITION
Operate a Tractor -Trailer (48' & 53') delivering automotive parts to established dealerships throughout Northern Ohio. All DDS routes are unattended overnight routes, Monday through Friday, with assigned start times and required delivery windows.
ROUTE AREA: Conneaut, OH and surrounding area
Routes and compensation vary by assignment.
PAY & BONUS
WEEKLY PAY
Paper Check: Monday
Direct Deposit: Tuesday
$50 WEEKLY BONUS
Opportunity to earn a $50 weekly bonus for completing assigned duties, calling dispatch when the route is complete, and meeting applicable bonus criteria.
TRAINING & SUPPORT
AGL provides paid hands-on training, well-maintained equipment, and modern technology.

An on-site dispatcher is available to assist drivers with route questions, delivery concerns, delays, and other issues.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
· Safely operate a Tractor-Trailer (48' & 53')
· Load and unload automotive parts and freight
· Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
· Meet required dealership delivery times
· Safely operate pallet jacks and equipment
· Complete vehicle inspections and safety checks
· Maintain accurate delivery paperwork
· Use GPS, dispatch, and scanning technology
· Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or issues
· Provide professional customer service
· Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE
· Valid driver's license
· Minimum 18 months truck-driving experience, specifically tractor trailer
· Delivery or route-driving experience preferred
· Clean driving record
· No DUI or reckless-driving violations
· Able to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
· Able to pass AGL's Physical Ability Test (PAT)
· DOT medical card or ability to obtain one before hire
· Able to pass pre-employment drug test and physical
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
· Comfortable working independently overnight
