Hiro 88 South on 56th & Pine Lake is currently hiring for host\hostess position. This is a fast-paced environment so we are looking for individuals who are detail oriented, energetic, upbeat, and work well under pressure. The Host/Hostess will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent service. Applicants must be outgoing and not afraid to talk with people. We are hiring for weekday hours 10am-3pm and Saturday evenings 4pm-830pm . Our host average $18+ per hour with tips depending on shifts and availability. Positive attitudes are a must! We are in need of both daytime Mon-Fri and some weekend nights. This is a great opportunity to meet new people and make some good money with a locally owned company.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Friendly outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong willingness to assist and help guests
- Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday 10am-3pm Availibility and a Saturday either morning or evening shift.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
