What You’ll Do
- Install steel roofing and siding at customer job sites
- Travel weekly across NC, SC, GA, VA, and WV
- Follow layouts and measurements to complete builds accurately
- Use hand and power tools to cut, fasten, and align materials
- Work outdoors, including on ladders and rooftops
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Plug and play steel building kits ready to install, no welding needed
What You Bring
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to handle physically demanding work (including lifting up to 80 lbs.)
- Comfort working at heights and outdoors
- Willingness to travel throughout the week
- Construction or metal experience preferred, but not required
- Basic tool set (list provided)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing conditions
Pay and Benefits
- $65,000 – $95,000+ annually (piece-rate/commission structure)
- 1099 pay option available with higher earning potential

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Travel-based schedule with overnight stays as needed
- Hours may vary depending on job location and weather

Tape measure, speed square, tool belt, snips, impact driver, chalk line, utility knife, and other basic tools (full list provided)
