Position Overview
We are seeking an Optician to join our team. In this role, you will assist patients with eyewear selection, perform pretesting, verify insurance, and support front desk duties.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with selecting frames and lenses.
- Perform eyewear fittings and provide care instructions.
- Conduct pretesting procedures and support optometrists.
- Verify insurance information and assist with patient billing.
- Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling and check-ins.
- Adjust and repair eyewear as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask.
