Gordian Wealth Advisors: Operations Associate
Gordian is a rapidly growing Wealth Advisor with offices in Palm Desert and Mill Valley. The company is hiring an Operations Associate. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and self-motivated, with a bias towards action. The right candidate will have the opportunity to develop new marketable skills and acquire transferrable professional certifications. The job requirements will include but are not limited to organizational support as well as assisting sales & marketing efforts led by the senior advisors.
Job Requirements
- Proactive in handling Client/Advisor service issues efficiently and effectively
- Dealing with executive administrative duties
- Opening new accounts and serving as the point of contact for partner companies
- Capable of quickly executing administrative details for advisors.
- Maintaining weekly operational meeting notes and client information
- Maintaining and updating a cloud-based portal containing client information and investment managers’ information
- Prepare and maintain investment reports for client meetings.
- May serve as a liaison with other functional areas such as clients, vendors, investment managers on basic administrative and/or operational.
- Understand basic terminology of financial markets and products
- Understand basic principles of banking and finance and securities industry operations.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range will be commensurate with experience ($40K to $60K).
- Eligible to receive bonus at the end of first year between 10% to 20% of salary.
