Description:
This position provides a blend of customer service, financial support, reporting, and data analysis responsibilities. The role is responsible for maintaining customer accounts, analyzing deductions and disputes, preparing reports, supporting financial processes, and delivering insights that help drive business decisions. This position reports to Kasie Schmitz.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and serve as a primary point of contact for account-related inquiries and issue resolution.
- Analyze customer deductions, disputes, and account activity to ensure accuracy and timely resolution.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute financial, operational, and customer-related reports.
- Research and reconcile discrepancies across customer accounts, transactions, and supporting documentation.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve issues and support business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and data within company systems and reporting tools.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with month-end activities, audits, and other financial or administrative projects as assigned.
- Analyze data and trends to provide actionable business insights and recommendations.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
