We are a Heavy Civil/Marine Contractor in South Florida seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant. We are looking for Administrative Assistant that is dedicated to excellence and is willing to invest their time and skills in our company.
Job Requirements

- Two year associate degree preferred.
- Experience with construction preferred.
- Two years of experience in general office required including reporting to upper management.
Job Duties
- Organize and provide administrative support for multiple departments.
- Coordinate and maintain all Sunshine Locates Tickets including the required updates from project commencement to completion.
- Manage multiple deadlines and projects from start to finish.
- Provide accurate reports and data in a timely manner.
- Perform clerical, data entry and accounting processing items as directed by Project Managers, Senior Project Manager or Vice President.
- Manage all SFI Employee Rental Lodging, including coordinating the monthly rental and utility payments
- Assist Project Managers with completing submittals, RFI’s and Purchase Orders.
- Provide filling and other support services as assigned.
- Assist to maintain equipment and vehicle maintenance records
- Track Equipment Rentals
- Maintain confidentiality of company information as directed by the Controller and Partners.
- Attend meetings and take appropriate "Minutes for the Meeting" notes.
- Maintain vendor, customer and job files.
- Answer phones in a professional manner, providing answers when possible and transferring calls or taking messages when needed.
- Track Credit Card expenses for all company jobs.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
