Are you an experienced Class A CDL driver looking for a better earning opportunity?
We're looking for Class A CDL drivers with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing frac sand operation in the Wheeling, WV / Ohio Valley area.
HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL
Our trucks can generate up to $15,000 in gross revenue in a week.
You choose the compensation program that fits you:
OPTION 1 — 80% OF GROSS REVENUE
- Keep 80% of the gross revenue
- Driver is responsible for applicable operating expenses
- Lease-purchase program available
- Greater earning potential for drivers who want to build toward truck ownership
- At $15,000 gross revenue, the driver's share is $12,000 before applicable expenses
OPTION 2 — 30% OF GROSS REVENUE
- Receive 30% of gross revenue
- Company covers applicable operating expenses
- No lease-purchase obligation
- At $15,000 gross revenue, that's $4,500 to the driver

- 2018–2022 Kenworth T680s
- 2018–2022 Peterbilt 579s
- Sleeper trucks
- Refrigerator
- Inverter
- Well-maintained equipment
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- Class A CDL
- 2+ years of CDL experience
- Good driving record and ability to meet applicable qualification requirements
- Frac sand experience is NOT required
- Willingness to work at least 21 days per month
There is no fixed schedule. We offer flexibility while expecting drivers to maintain a strong work commitment.
EARN UP TO $1,000 FOR REFERRING A DRIVER

Our referral program pays:
- $250 after your referral completes 1 month
- $250 after 6 months
- $500 after 1 year
That's $1,000 total for every successful referral.
