We are looking for organized and motivated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will answer incoming calls from our customers, utilize company policies to solve customer issues and handle a steady flow of emails with efficiency and accuracy. The successful candidate will be a highly-capable self-starter who is accustomed to operating in a demanding environment and dealing with a high volume of inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Listen and respond to customer concerns.
- Maintain personal knowledge of company products and services.
- Answer customer calls, questions and requests accurately and quickly.
- Resolve customer problems or complaints.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Set priorities in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of customer information and transactions.
- Create, update, and manage databases of customer information.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
