Locked On Podcasts Network is looking for a strong, entertaining, credible Los Angeles Rams voice to join our Locked On Rams podcast as a co-host.
We are looking for someone who understands the Rams, connects authentically with Rams fans, and can bring smart, energetic, opinionated football conversation to a daily team-focused show. This is not a traditional radio job. We are looking for a modern sports content creator — someone who can inform, entertain, react quickly, and build a real relationship with the fan base.
The ideal candidate is plugged into the Rams conversation and understands what fans care about: Matthew Stafford, Sean McVay, roster construction, the NFC West, the draft, free agency, game reaction, national narratives, and the week-to-week emotional rhythm of an NFL season.
What You’ll Do
As co-host of Locked On Rams, you will help create consistent, fan-focused Rams content across audio and video platforms.
Responsibilities may include:
-
Co-hosting :30 minute episodes of Locked On Rams on a regular 5x per week schedule
-
Taking ownership of the show’s production workflow, including recording, editing/production coordination, posting episodes, publishing video content, and promoting the show across social and digital platforms
-
Bringing strong, informed opinions on the Rams, NFL, NFC West, roster moves, coaching decisions, and team direction
-
Helping plan topics, angles, and segment ideas
-
Reacting quickly to breaking news, trades, injuries, draft picks, free agency moves, and game results
-
Creating content that works for both podcast listeners and YouTube viewers
-
Engaging authentically with Rams fans and building trust with the audience
-
Participating in short-form video, social clips, and promotional content
-
Working with the Locked On team to maintain consistent quality, pacing, and production standards

What Makes This Role Different
Locked On Rams is built for fans who want smart, consistent, accessible coverage of their team. We are not looking for someone who simply reads headlines. We want a co-host who can bring personality, credibility, and a clear point of view.
