We're hiring for our small, well-run adult family home in Lacey: a Resident Manager / Lead Caregiver, and a caregiver who wants to grow into that role.
The top of our range, $27/hr, goes to someone who can help run the home. That means staff scheduling, supervising and training caregivers, coordinating with families, providers and case managers, and keeping documentation and medication systems tight. If you have already done that work, we want to talk to you.
If you are a strong caregiver who is not there yet, apply anyway. We start people toward the lower end of the range and move them up as they take on responsibility.
Day to day, everyone on our team provides hands-on personal care: assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. We are a small home, so you will know every resident well and your work will visibly matter.
What sets our team apart: consistent scheduling, an organized and supportive home, an owner who is present and responsive, and advancement for people who show reliability and initiative.
