Responsibilities:
- Frame structures such as outdoor patios, cabanas, fireplace walls, and tiny homes.
- Framing wooden structures, including walls, roofs and flooring systems
- Frame residential homes according to plans and specifications.
- Measure, cut, and install lumber accurately.
Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings and building in compliance with local code standards
Skills:
- Proficient in carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Strong attention to detail for precise measurements and cuts
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues on the job site
