Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily operations
- Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor and ensure consistent service standards
- Manage and count inventory
- Assist with staff development
- Ensure compliance with all heal, safety, and company policies
- Oversee BOH team to ensure proper prep levels are maintained
- Support the BOH team during rushes
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ years BOH experience
- 1+ years FOH experience
- Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Passion for guest service and team development
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
