Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee single family luxury projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale construction initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience in luxury construction management to drive project success and foster collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project schedules using BuilderTrend or similar project management software to coordinate all phases of construction activities.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, forecasting expenditures, and implementing cost control measures utilizing HeavyBid or equivalent estimating tools.
- Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and regulatory compliance is maintained across all operations.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to review construction drawings.
- Manage project teams by assigning tasks, providing leadership, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders through regular progress updates, meetings, and comprehensive documentation.
- Oversee procurement processes for materials and subcontractors while maintaining strict adherence to project timelines.
- Monitor project progress through site inspections and schedule coordination efforts to mitigate delays or issues proactively.
Skills
- Proven experience managing complex luxury construction projects with a strong understanding of construction regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Buildertrend, or equivalent tools for scheduling and resource planning.
- Experience in construction estimating. techniques using HeavyBid or similar software to accurately forecast costs.
- Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, shop drawings and construction plans;
- Strong knowledge of contract administration, including managing contracts and change orders effectively.
- Excellent leadership abilities in managing teams within a fast-paced construction environment; adept at motivating staff and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with construction site safety regulations, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Ability to manage project schedules diligently while maintaining flexibility to adapt to unforeseen challenges.

Pay: $80,528.60 - $110,000.00 per year
