Budget Cabinets is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Kitchen & Bath Sales Consultant to join our expanding team. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of our outside sales division, with a focus on the multifamily, commercial, and builder markets.
Whether you're an experienced kitchen designer, a seasoned sales professional, or someone with a passion for building relationships and helping customers create beautiful spaces, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, property managers, and commercial clients
- Meet with customers to understand their project goals and provide cabinet and design solutions
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement
- Prepare quotes, follow up on proposals, and guide customers through the sales process from consultation to completion
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain strong product knowledge across multiple cabinet lines and accessories
- Represent Budget Cabinets with professionalism and exceptional customer service
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales within the kitchen & bath, cabinetry, construction, remodeling, or interior design industry, or a closely related field is required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills
- Experience with 2020 Design and other industry-related sales or project management software is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
