Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance CSR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while helping clients navigate their insurance options. This role requires a strong focus on outside sales, negotiation, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building relationships and ensuring clients receive the best coverage tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through outside sales efforts.
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage sales administration tasks including documentation and record-keeping.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services effectively.
- Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and expand client base.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices, including HIPAA compliance.
- Assist clients with benefits administration as needed.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance or retail sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to assess client needs accurately.
