About Opportunity
Downtown Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with aesthetic injecting experience to join our growing Downtown Wellness Spa team. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and creating customized treatment plans—not simply performing injections. This is an opportunity to become an integral part of a rapidly growing wellness and aesthetics practice where patient experience comes first.
About Us
Downtown Health & Wellness combines medical aesthetics with whole-body wellness. Services include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, medical weight loss, IV therapy, medical-grade skincare, wellness injections, infrared sauna, cold plunge, massage therapy, salt therapy, and membership programs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic consultations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Educate patients on treatment options
- Recommend skincare and wellness services
- Promote memberships
- Take before-and-after photography
- Maintain EMR documentation
- Follow up with patients
- Assist with social media and events
- Help grow Downtown Wellness Spa
Qualifications
Required:
- Current RN or NP license (Minnesota)
- 2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred
- Strong neurotoxin and dermal filler experience
- Excellent consultation and communication skills
Preferred:
- PRP
- Microneedling
- Biostimulators
- Medical weight loss therapies
- Medical-grade skincare
- EMR experience

Compensation Recommendation
First 90 Days:
- $37–$42/hour depending on experience
- Guaranteed onboarding pay
- No production commission for first 60 days
Production Bonus:
- $20k–$34,999: 5%
- $35k–$44,999: 7%
- $45k +: 10%
Additional Incentives:
- 10% retail commission
- $50 per new membership sold
- Quarterly bonuses tied to rebooking, reviews, and treatment plan acceptance
