Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Location: Lake Forest, CA
Pay Range: $28–$32 per hour

Harmony Junction Recovery is Detox Residential treatment program in Lake Forest, CA and we are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The LVN will oversee and manage all medical services for our Detox and Residential Treatment (DTX/RTC) clients. This role is essential in ensuring safe, ethical, and high-quality care for individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily medical oversight for all DTX/RTC clients
- Perform client assessments, vitals, withdrawal monitoring (CIWA/COWS), and medication administration
- Manage and maintain accurate medical documentation, MARs, and treatment logs
- Coordinate with physicians, NPs, and clinical staff regarding client care plans
- Administer UA tests, breathalyzers, and respond to medical needs or emergencies
- Participate in admissions, discharges, and ongoing client evaluations
- Maintain compliance with state regulations, facility policies, and best-practice standards
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, staff, and leadership
- Support a safe, therapeutic environment through compassion and sound clinical judgment
Qualifications
- Active LVN license in the state of CA
- Experience working in detox, residential treatment, or behavioral health strongly preferred
- Strong assessment skills and comfort working with withdrawal protocols
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to stay calm, grounded, and supportive in fast-paced or high-acuity moments
- Passion for helping individuals struggling with addiction and mental health
