Job Summary

Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and observe health status to identify any changes requiring medical attention
- Administer medications following prescribed protocols and document all medication activities accurately
- Support residents with memory care needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care strategies to ensure safety and engagement
- Operate manual handling equipment such as Hoyer lifts safely to assist with resident transfers
- Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary guidelines and assist residents during mealtimes
- Engage residents in social activities, recreational programs, and community outings to promote socialization and mental stimulation
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties and adhering to infection control standards
- Document resident progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, family members, and team members using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems
- Follow emergency procedures including first aid, CPR certification protocols, and safe patient lifting practices
Qualifications
- Must have Valid Drivers license
- High school diploma
- Clean background
- Experience working in the Health Care field
- Must be able to lift more than 50 pounds
