Sr. Project Manager Responsibilities
- Lead industrial construction projects ranging from approximately $5M-$100M, overseeing every phase from detailed design through commissioning and closeout.
- Take ownership of project execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Build and lead collaborative project teams, coordinating engineers, field staff, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and contract administration.
- Solve complex project challenges while keeping stakeholders informed and projects moving forward.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure successful execution.
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and project support staff, helping develop the next generation of leaders.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients and project partners through clear communication and exceptional project delivery.
Sr. Project Manager Background
- 7+ years of construction project management experience within industrial, mechanical, manufacturing, energy, or heavy commercial construction.
- Proven success leading complex design-build or EPC-style projects.
- Experience managing projects valued at $5M or more.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades on large construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and construction documents.
- A confident communicator and natural leader who enjoys taking ownership and driving results.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $140K - $160K (DOE)
Pay: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
