Therapy Management, Inc. (TMI) is looking for a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our therapy team at Wellspring Frankenmuth. If you enjoy working in a supportive environment where therapists genuinely collaborate and residents know you by name, this could be a great fit.

In this role, you’ll work closely with PTs, OTs, nursing, and care teams to help residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function. The environment is collaborative, patient-focused, and welcoming — the kind of place where therapists stay because they enjoy the team and the work they’re doing.
Requirements
- Current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- SNF experience is helpful but not required
- Patient-focused and team-oriented mindset
