Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary receptionist and front-office contact
- Coordinate lodging and travel arrangements for road crews
- Assist with equipment logistics between job sites
- Prepare job packets and supporting documentation for field personnel
- Collect and organize timesheets, work orders, and completed job packets
- Maintain packing slips, receiving documents, filing systems, and office records
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Utilize Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel to support daily operations
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, or similar experience
- Strong Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Quickbooks skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities independently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Experience coordinating travel, lodging, scheduling, or logistics
