We’re looking for a Shift Leader to join our Saint Louis team and take responsibility for keeping shifts running properly when the manager isn’t on site.
You’ll be someone the team can rely on during the working day, whether that means keeping everyone organized, helping during busy periods, dealing with customer concerns, or responding when plans change unexpectedly. The role requires someone who can make sensible decisions in the moment and keep management informed of any issues that need following up.
Other things that come with the role:
- Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation
- Training new hires in their first few weeks
- Shift handover notes so the next lead knows what happened
- Making sure breaks actually happen
Who we're looking for
You've done customer-facing work before — retail, hospitality, food service, something in that world. Ideally you've already been a key holder, senior associate, or shift lead somewhere, but we'll consider strong candidates stepping up for the first time.
More important than the resume: you're reliable, you don't panic when things get messy, and you can tell someone what to do without being a jerk about it.
