Warehouse Order Picker
We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented candidates for a Warehouse Order Picker / forklift position. This role is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, handling inventory, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately pick inventory items for customer orders
- Prepare orders for auditing and packing
- Systematically apply picked items to the correct orders
- Maintain inspection and quality reports/documents
- Assist supervisors and the operations team with problem resolution
- Support other warehouse departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Use RF Scan Guns for inventory and order tracking
- Operate warehouse equipment and manual hand tools as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures independently
- Experience using RF Scan Guns is required
- Prior Reach Truck and/or Order Picker forklift experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
