Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) to join our growing private practice. In this vital role, you will provide evidence-based mental health interventions and therapeutic services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents and adults. This is an opportunity for someone to work flexible hours, as you are an independent contractor and will make your own schedule! Duties
- Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to manage urgent situations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with clinical documentation standards while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care across medical settings.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems for patient care documentation, data collection, and research purposes.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and staying current with mental health interventions for diverse populations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution; valid state licensure as an LCSW or equivalent certification required.
- Professional Liability Coverage (minimum 1,000,000 claim - 3,000,000 aggregate) required.
- Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral interventions.
- Ability to manage crisis situations effectively while adhering to clinical confidentiality policies.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation and data collection; knowledge of HIPAA compliance is essential.

Job Type: Contract, minimum caseload of 12 clients per week required
