What You’ll Do
As Restaurant Manager (Front of House), you’ll help lead day-to-day operations while driving exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and team performance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading front-of-house operations during high-volume shifts
- Coaching, developing, and motivating team members
- Delivering memorable guest experiences and legendary hospitality
- Driving food quality, cleanliness, and service standards
- Supporting staffing, scheduling, and shift execution
- Implementing promotions, training programs, and operational initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and labor standards
- Creating a positive, energetic culture every shift
We’re looking for leaders who can balance accountability with positivity and know how to lead from the floor.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of front-of-house restaurant experience or assistant management experience
- Thrives in fast-paced restaurant environments
- Leads by example with energy and professionalism
- Has strong restaurant leadership experience
- Understands hospitality is about people first
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Can multitask, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
- Builds strong teams and positive culture
- Loves engaging with guests and supporting employees
- Food Handler and TABC certifications required (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
