This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with clients and want to build a career in insurance. You will guide clients through health insurance options, explain plan benefits, and help them make informed choices. Success comes from being consistent, professional, and coachable.
Responsibilities
- Speak with individuals regarding health insurance plan options
- Explain plan benefits, coverage details, and estimated costs
- Assist clients during the plan selection process
- Maintain professional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- No prior insurance experience required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to obtain or currently hold a Health & Life Insurance License
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Prior customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
Compensation & Schedule
- Independent contractor (1099) role
- Commission-based compensation with potential bonus opportunities
- Full-time schedule with flexible hours
