As an Account Growth Executive | Entry Level, you'll work directly with individuals and families, helping them better understand their Life and Health Coverage options while developing valuable communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
No prior experience is necessary. We provide the training and mentorship needed to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective and existing clients
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships
- Review available Life and Health Coverage options
- Conduct follow-up consultations and account reviews
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development and leadership training
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Goal-driven with a strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
