Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Corporate, Volunteer & Communications Coordinator to lead our community engagement, volunteer programs, and internal/external communications efforts. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our organization and the communities we serve, fostering meaningful partnerships and ensuring effective volunteer management. Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnerships & Community Engagement
· Build, maintain, and steward relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, donors, and community organizations.
· Develop partnership strategies that increase engagement, retention, sponsorships, volunteer participation, and in-kind support.
· Coordinate corporate volunteer opportunities, donation deliveries, special projects, and community events.
· Ensure positive partner experiences while meeting organizational goals.
Volunteer Management
· Recruit, train, schedule, and retain volunteers through community outreach and online platforms.
· Manage volunteer registration systems, databases, reporting, orientations, communications, and recognition.
· Coordinate volunteer logistics, staffing, attendance, and support for organizational programs and events.
· Serve as the primary contact for volunteers and third-party volunteer organizations.
Communications & Marketing
· Manage the organization’s social media platforms and digital communications.
· Create newsletters, fundraising campaigns, impact reports, email marketing, and donor communications.
· Design print and digital marketing materials, including graphics, flyers, presentations, signage, videos, and promotional assets.
· Maintain consistent branding while tracking communication and social media performance.
Event & Fundraising Management
· Plan and execute fundraising events, including the annual gala and other special events.
· Coordinate committees, vendors, venues, entertainment, volunteers, sponsorship fulfillment, registration, ticketing, guest communications, seating, and event logistics.
· Manage sponsorships, raffle and auction procurement, donor recognition, budgets, timelines, and event production.
· Support fundraising campaigns, annual appeals, peer-to-peer initiatives, and donor stewardship activities.
Administrative & General Responsibilities
· Maintain accurate donor, volunteer, and partnership records.
· Prepare reports, track fundraising and volunteer metrics, and assist with departmental planning.
· Collaborate across departments to support organizational priorities.
· Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
· Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
· Experience in volunteer coordination, fundraising, event planning, marketing, or nonprofit development preferred.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM/volunteer management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during events.
· Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and special events.
· Reliable transportation.
