This position requires frequent walking, lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.Key responsibilities include: Collecting refuse, recycling, yard waste, and bulk materials safely and efficientlyOperating and driving a rear-loading collection vehicle once licensedFollowing established collection routes and service schedulesCommunicating effectively using two-way radios and written documentationCompleting daily survey sheets and vehicle inspection formsProviding courteous customer service to residentsAssisting teammates and cross-training in other Special Services operations as neededCall to ActionIf you take pride in hard work, teamwork, and serving your community, we encourage you to apply and become part of the team that helps keep Greensboro clean and running strong.
