Responsibilities

- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by disinfecting surfaces and fixtures thoroughly
- Execute specialized floor care including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and maintaining tile surfaces
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs and addressing any specific requests or concerns promptly
- Manage janitorial tasks like waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained
- Assist with house management tasks such as organizing spaces or preparing homes for special occasions when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care procedures
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Familiarity with laundry processes and basic household maintenance skills
- Prior experience in janitorial or housekeeping management is advantageous
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations as required
