As a Bartender, you are a central part of the guest experience, delivering both exceptional beverages and outstanding service.
Position Summary
The Bartender is responsible for providing excellent guest service while preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. This role ensures guests receive high-quality drinks, accurate service, and an enjoyable bar experience.
This is a tipped, non-exempt position that interacts directly with guests and works closely with the restaurant team.

As a Bartender, you will:
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
- Verify guest age and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverages, and promotions to assist guests effectively
- Accurately take orders and process transactions using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies
- Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe and responsible environment
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Restock bar supplies and maintain inventory levels as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous bartending or restaurant experience preferred
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverage preparation and service standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation
Pay Range: $13.00 per hour – $15.00 per hour
This position may receive tips in addition to base pay where applicable.
Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs. Compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage and tip laws.
This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws.

Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to perform the following, with or without reasonable accommodation:

- Work in a fast-paced, high-traffic restaurant environment
Work Environment
This role operates in a full-service restaurant environment with exposure to bar equipment, food preparation areas, noise, and high guest volume. Team members are expected to follow all safety procedures and use appropriate protective equipment.
