Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels, including cold calling and territory management, to generate new leads and expand existing accounts.
- Manage customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service, upselling relevant products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, analyze sales data, and streamline follow-up activities.
- Negotiate terms with clients, close sales deals effectively, and manage ongoing account relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead generation campaigns and participate in territory management efforts to optimize coverage and outreach.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong understanding of CRM software tools like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, product demos, upselling, and direct sales techniques within a technical or retail setting.
- Experience in lead generation strategies, cold calling, and inside sales is highly desirable.
- FL 440 License or better required.
