Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grader/Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in land clearing, rough and final grading, using laser Transits, reading and understanding elevations, septic installs, driving dumps trucks and hauling equipment. This position requires a commitment to safety and quality, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople on construction sites.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
- Operating Dump trucks to haul dirt and rock
- Clearing land, running chainsaws, burning large piles of debris safely
- Grade lots and building pads for houses and steel structures.
- Install new septic systems and perform repairs on existing and failed systems
- Install Drainage pipe and water supply line
- Perform routine inspections of equipment, including greasing daily, frequent cleaning and some routine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in various areas of residential construction.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to elevation changes.
- Clean MVR
- Class A license Preffered
- Proficiency in operating Excavators, Bulldozers, skid steers, dump trucks .
- Experience working with concrete is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
