Personal Banker/Customer Service Representative
General Summary
First Security Bank has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to serve as a Personal Banker/Customer Service Representative. In this role, your primary duty will be to provide financial care for our depositors by assisting them with daily transactions and making recommendations for the products and services that we offer. You will be working closely with your team members to provide excellent customer service to our depositors and make an impact on our community.
Job Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting our customers into our branch
- Provide customers with recommendations on bank products and assisting them with opening accounts and account changes
- Assisting customers with debit card issues and fraud
- Vault Balancing
- Complete cash transactions for our customers effectively and accurately
- Assist customers by phone and in person with all bank inquiries and/or directing them to the appropriate staff
- Perform other daily tasks related to cash handling and balancing
- Potential travel to other bank locations.
Qualifications
- Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team
- Detailed and Accurate when providing services
- Previous banking experience not required as we are willing to train the right individual

Working Conditions
- Working at a computer for 95% of the day
- Monday to Friday Work Schedule, Saturdays as needed
- Some lifting required, minimum 10 lbs.
