Full-Time or Part-Time Sales Associate
20–40 Hours Per Week | No Night Hours

No pawn industry experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training for dependable, motivated people who have a great attitude and are ready to learn. This is an excellent opportunity to build valuable experience in sales, customer service, merchandise, and product knowledge.
Pay & Earning Potential
- Starting base pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Monthly sales commission averages an additional $3.00+ per hour
- Spanish-speaking employees earn at least $1.00 more per hour
- With commission included, most team members effectively earn $19.00–$21.00+ per hour

What You’ll Do
Customer service is our top priority. As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service
- Assist customers with merchandise and purchasing decisions
- Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized store
- Follow company safety, security, and sanitation procedures
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn each day

Previous pawn industry experience is not required.
