Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) – Night Shift
Location: Panama City, FL
Schedule: Full-time | Nights | Rotating Weekends
Pay Range:
0–1 year of experience: $26.40–$27.72/hr
7–8 years of experience: $34.32/hr
15+ years of experience: $39.60/hr (maximum)
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (for Night Shift)
Relocation Assistance: Case by case
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Triage and assess patients of all ages in a high-acuity ER setting
Deliver individualized, evidence-based nursing care
Simultaneously manage multiple patient cases with efficiency
Collaborate with physicians and other departments to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-ups
Prioritize patient safety, infection control, and timely interventions
Unit Details:
44-bed Emergency Department
25 treatment beds, 18 care path spaces, and 4 triage bays for low-acuity patients
Reports to ER Manager and Director of Emergency Services
Strong team collaboration and growth environment
Qualifications
Active RN license (Florida or multistate/compact)
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (within last 12 months)
Associate Degree or RN Diploma required
BLS (prior to start)
ACLS, PALS, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 90 days of hire)
