The Client Service Specialist is responsible for processing service items for existing Trajan Wealth clients while providing excellent customer service with great attention to detail. 5 days on-site. North Scottsdale location (Hayden and the 101 Freeway)
Duties and responsibilities

Assist with ACH contributions and distributions from investment accounts and annuity contracts.

Assistance with linking outside banks to investment accounts.

Processing end of year Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).

Monitoring and processing investment account model changes and fee rate changes.

Working with our in house estate team to update registrations and beneficiaries on investment accounts and annuity contracts.
- Answer team inbound calls.

Research and resolve issues that may arise with client accounts.

Assist with additional projects as needed.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Detail oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite primarily email, calendar, and excel.
