Crew Leader – Landscape / Hardscape / Pools
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew of up to 3 employees on landscape, hardscape, and pool projects.
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards.
- Communicate with management to coordinate daily schedules and job progress.
- Train, motivate, and support crew members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Complete daily reports, including labor, materials, and job progress.
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or pool construction preferred.
- Ability to lead a crew and keep projects on schedule.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to safely drive a truck and trailer.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety.
Job duties may vary based on project needs and company priorities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour
