Job Summary
We're looking for reliable, friendly people to join our event crew supporting beverage service at markets, fairs, festivals and private events. You'll work alongside a Crew Lead who runs the site — your job is to keep service moving: preparing and serving drinks, taking care of customers, restocking, and helping set up and break down. No experience required. We train you, we pay for your food handler certification, and you'll never be out there on your own.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to order, following the recipes and quality standards you're trained on
- Serve customers and keep the line moving during busy periods
- Take orders and process payments on a simple tablet-based point-of-sale system
- Restock cups, ice, lemons, product and supplies throughout the shift
- Keep the service area clean, organized and compliant with food-safety and sanitation standards
- Help set up the booth before service and break it down afterward
- Follow direction from the Crew Lead and communicate when something is running low or needs attention
Skills- Reliable and on time — this matters more to us than any prior experience
- Comfortable talking with customers and staying friendly during a rush
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand outdoors for a full shift, including in heat
- Willing to follow food-safety and sanitation procedures (we train and certify you)
- Basic math for handling cash and making change
- Weekend availability required; shifts vary between days and evenings
- Must be 16 or older
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Any prior customer service, food service or retail experience is a plus, but is not required
