What You’ll Do
- Warehouse & Production: Fabricate glass block windows and assist with order fulfillment to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Materials Management: Handle the movement of materials, load/unload delivery trucks, and maintain precise inventory control.
- Field Installations: Work alongside our specialized field crews assisting with glass block window installations and bathroom remodeling projects.
- Equipment Operations: Safely and effectively operate forklifts, power tools, and hand tools.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly follow safety protocols to ensure an accident-free environment.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
- License Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Background: Prior experience in a construction, assembly, or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Tool Skills: Experience operating hand tools, power tools, or forklifts is highly desirable.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to succeed in a physically demanding role, including lifting heavy loads and standing for long periods.
- Core Traits: Strong attention to safety, a detail-oriented mindset, and excellent team communication skills.
- Reliability: Dependable daily attendance for the 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM shift at our Cuyahoga Heights facility.
