We're building a select team of driven sales professionals inside an established nationwide organization. Early team members will have the opportunity to grow with the agency and move quickly into leadership roles as we expand.
Our top hires typically come from backgrounds in insurance, real estate, automotive sales, B2B sales, recruiting, entrepreneurship, athletics, military leadership, or other commission-based environments.

100% virtual sales platform- conduct appointments through zoom, allowing you to build a business from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.
Your role is simple:
- Meet with qualified prospects who requested information
- Conduct professional needs-based consultations
- Present solutions that fit the client's needs
- Follow a proven sales process while developing your own style and expertise
- Track activity and consistently improve performance

Commission:
- First-year representatives commonly earn between $60,000-$120,000+, depending on performance and production
- Experienced sales professionals often exceed those numbers significantly
- Uncapped commission (realistic $5K–$40K month potential)

Ideal Candidates:
- Proven sales experience or a strong competitive background
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable being measured by results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable but capable of operating independently
- Professional, disciplined, and accountable
- Life and Health Insurance License preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
