We are seeking motivated Plant Helpers to join a large industrial manufacturing facility in Gallatin, TN. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in hot, dirty, dusty, and industrial conditions
- Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and machinery
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Strong attendance, reliability, and safety mindset
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
Preferred Backgrounds
- Military service experience
- Construction or heavy labor experience
- Heavy equipment operation
- Manufacturing or industrial production experience
- Metal processing, foundry, steel, or recycling operations
- Mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor and production support duties
- Assist operators and production personnel with daily operations
- Move materials and maintain work areas
- Support manufacturing processes in assigned department
- Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Assist with equipment cleaning and basic operational tasks
- Maintain production efficiency and quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Work Environment
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Very physical position requiring frequent standing, lifting, and movement
- One of the hottest and dirtiest production areas within the facility
- Exposure to heat, dust, noise, and industrial equipment
- Foundry and metal-processing environment
- PPE required
- Significant overtime opportunities available
