Our company, Alternate Solutions Home Health – Columbus currently has an opening for a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager – Home Health to work in a hybrid role in Columbus, OH.
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Manager to lead our home health nursing team. This vital role involves overseeing patient care delivery, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and managing clinical operations within a home health setting. The ideal candidate will possess extensive nursing expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care. As the RN Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a collaborative team environment while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
The ideal candidate in this position will have nursing experience from an acute care setting, must have previous recent Home Health experience and have supervised staff.
Responsibilities include ensuring start of care compliance and focusing on Outcome Monitors, participating in liaison/admin on call rotation and patient staffing as needed, completing patient visits if needed as well as hiring and training of staff.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
