Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate addition to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in flat top, frying and pizza preparation / cooking. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety practices and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Flat top, fry or Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas and some of the areas best Pizzeria food that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Run flat top grill as well as fry station
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients.
- Utilize kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and knives, with care and precision.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
- Participate in menu development by suggesting new pizza recipes or variations.
- Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special requests or dietary needs.
Experience
- Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with fine dining standards and practices is a plus.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods are highly desirable.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
