Lead all GAAP accounting and financial reporting activities

Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

Review journal entries and maintain the integrity of financial statements

Manage bank reporting requirements and loan covenant compliance

Serve as the primary liaison with external CPA firms and auditors

Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions
-
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning initiatives

Optimize treasury management and banking relationships
-
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls

Support business integration and financial harmonization efforts following recent organizational growth

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA preferred

Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience

Strong GAAP accounting knowledge

Experience within distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or other high-volume transaction environments

Background managing financial reporting, audits, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting

Proven leadership experience overseeing accounting teams

Ability to thrive in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
Salary: $135,000 - $150,000
