Automotive Service Advisor, Sign On Bonus Available

We're currently offering a $500 sign on bonus, plus an additional $1,000 after 90 days of employment. At Mango Automotive, we're more than a repair shop... we're working to reimagine what an auto repair shop can be, with a strong commitment to our people, our customers, and our community.

Position Overview: As an Automotive Service Advisor at Mango Automotive, you'll be a key part of a high functioning service team. You'll support and coordinate with skilled technicians, help maintain strong quality standards, and make sure every customer has a great experience. This role is a great fit for someone who's organized, communicates well, and enjoys solving problems as they come up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain recommended service
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow with technicians to keep the shop running efficiently
- Support quality standards across completed work
- Help manage parts and supply needs to minimize delays
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative shop culture
- Follow safety and environmental compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding service department goals.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working with automotive repair processes and shop systems
- Familiarity with industry software (e.g., TekMetric) a plus
